Scrambled Elocution was founded by Andre L Booysen and was intentionally created to be an oxymoron .
Hailing from a small town, I know what it’s like to navigate life’s complexities without a clear map. That’s part of what inspired Scrambled Elocution, the desire to build something that resonates beyond polished words or perfect articulation.
 
After completing my tertiary qualification, I spent over seven years across various roles that shaped my understanding of how the world works, legally, financially, and humanly.
Today, I specialize in risk and compliance, combining legal insight with practical experience to help organizations strengthen governance, uphold integrity, and manage emerging risks with foresight and empathy.
But this platform isn’t just about the professional. It’s about the personal, too.
